Ayurvedic Wellness
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda (pronounced eye-yer-VAY-duh) is a system of natural healing that began in India more than 5,000 years ago. It’s yoga’s sister science, and the name means the wisdom of life. In plain terms, it’s a practical way of figuring out what your body actually needs, instead of what the latest wellness trend says it needs.
Ayurveda doesn’t just chase symptoms. It looks at the whole person and asks why things are out of balance, whether that shows up in your digestion, sleep, energy, hormones, or a daily routine that runs you instead of the other way around. It works with your body type (your dosha), the seasons, and the rhythm of the day, using everyday tools: food, herbs, breathing, simple routines, movement, and real rest.

I help you understand how your body, mind, and daily habits are working together, or not. Then we find a few simple, personalized changes that fit your actual life. No forty-step morning routine. Just what helps.
Nourished and Vibrant: Ayurveda for Wise Women in Full Bloom
Midlife is a lot. Hormones shift, kids leave, careers change, and suddenly you have either way more time on your hands or none at all. Ayurveda is especially good for women in midlife. It offers practical help with what tends to show up at this stage: restless nights, mood swings, a changing waistline, cranky digestion, and feeling stretched too thin.
Together, we’ll look at food, daily rhythms, herbs, and self-care that help you feel at home in your changing body. Not the body you had at 30. The one you have now.
Curious? Let’s chat.
I came to Ayurveda the way a lot of women do. Menopause arrived, and so did changes in my mood, energy, and digestion, right around the time my kid left for college and the house got very quiet. Ayurveda gave me tools that actually worked. Now I feel more grounded, more vibrant, and more like myself again.
The best surprise? It fits with everything else I do. Yoga therapy, Rest Awake Meditation, intuitive guidance, energy healing: Ayurveda slides right in and makes them all work better. After years of teaching, it felt like my work had finally found its missing piece.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Reach out, and let’s talk, in person or online, about what you need.
